How to make scrambled eggs

The scrambled eggs who don’t want to eat this fluffy breakfast in the morning. My day starts with these soft, juicy, fluffy eggs. It’s a healthy breakfast that keeps me the active whole day. 


  • Fresh chicken eggs     2 pieces
  • Milk                             2-3 tbsp
  • Salt                              1pinch
  • Butter or margarine     3tbsp
  • Parsley                        few leaves for sprinkling


  • Here I am going to make a scrambled egg for one person serving so I am using two eggs. 
  • Take two eggs in a bowl add salt and milk and mix well with a whisk or a fork.
  • Take the butter or margarine whatever fat you are using and melt it on a non-stick pan but don’t make it too hot that it spoils your breakfast taste.
  • Add the mixture of egg to the pan at once and set it a little with a fork so that it spread evenly on the pan.
  • Use a spatula for mixing the eggs that may stick a little on the pan. Keep mixing until it cooks and is completely separated from the bottom of the pan. 
  • The eggs should be a little juicy, moist, and fluffy soft. Keep in mind that don’t cook too much that it becomes so dry. 
  • Keep cooking until you got its consistency according to your taste and then turn off the heat. 
  • Garnish with some fresh herbs like parsley (or whatever you like).

Making Scrambled Egg In The Oven

Who has time to cook in the pan and stand in front of the heat in this busy routine? You are getting late from your job. So you just have to put the ingredients of scrambled egg, mix well and put in the oven and you have done!! So here I am to guide how to make scrambled eggs in the range.


  • Eggs                                2 piece
  • Cheddar cheese                2tbsp
  • Cream or milk                   2 teaspoon
  • Butter or margarine           2tbsp
  • salt                                   1 pinch
  • pepper                              1 pinch
  • Parsley or coriander            For garnishing


  • Add eggs, salt, and crushed cheddar cheese mix in a bowl and make it creamy in a bowler. Don’t mix it too much.
  • Slightly grease the dish and pour the egg mixture into it evenly.  Add parsley or coriander on the top.
  • Don’t fill the tray just keep the 1 part of the tray empty so that the egg can rise quickly.
  • Set the oven at 180 °C from the top and the bottom. Place the tray in it for about 5 to 10 minutes. 
  • Now your breakfast is ready serve it on your breakfast table to make your day more beautiful. 
  • Tip

You can serve it with bread and tea. 

You can also garnish it with tomatoes and onion slices.
